BMC TrueSight Consultant

Position Overview:

Software Engineer is responsible for monitoring, maintaining and providing resolution for BMC BPPM/TrueSight system. He/She will ensure that BMC BPPM/TrueSight systems are correctly monitored, maintained, and accessed to ensure accurate high availability for end-users.

Key Accountabilities/Duties:

• Provide L2/L3 operational support on BPPM/TrueSight, BMC Server Automation, as per agreed SLAs
• Experience in L3 Support, Administration and Development is essential.
• Maintain BPPM/TruesSight platform availability as per agreed availability commitment
• Develop new customizations, integrations, and reports
• Troubleshoot BPPM/TrueSight application, customizations, integration issues.

BMC Discovery

Job Description:

Software Engineer is responsible for implementation and operational support of BMC Discovery solutions.

Key Accountabilities / Duties:

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience of BMC Discovery 11.x platforms
• Creating custom reports as per customer requirement.
• Creating and maintaining business application models using start anywhere (SAAM & CAM) approach in ADDM
• Creating custom software instances based on the application process in ADDM
• Troubleshooting ADDM/Discovery scan issues of various kinds of infrastructure (Unix, Windows, Appliance)
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure level
• Write TPLs Technology Pattern Language to enhance discovery data quality and CMDB synchronization for custom attributes.
